This sauce is so fresh and has heaps of zing thanks to the perfect mix of fresh jalapenos, tequila and limes, plus loads of garlic and a sweet/tart flavour from the green apple. Mix this sauce up with mashed avocado for a ‘lazy guacamole’ or throw it in a margarita to give it some extra punch.
